Light Lager

Light lagers are generally lighter versions of breweries’ premium lagers. Some contain less alcohol, but all contain fewer calories and carbohydrates compared to “regular” equivalents. European versions have as little as half the alcohol (2.5-3.5% abv) of their regular beer but tend to be more flavorful than the American counterparts (because the Europeans tend to maintain more malt in the mix).
